Incremental (adjective): of, relating to, being, or occurring in especially small improvements.
That’s what we featured this week. Incremental improvements in earnings calls, Samsung’s TouchWiz UI, Google products (Nexus 7, 4.3 Jelly Bean, Play Games App and even their Chromecast). We also talk about the potentially new Ubuntu Edge, and manufacturing in America.

We also talk about Microsoft buying Perceptive Pixel, Nokia’s path to bankruptcy, Microsoft’s new chassis design for Surface, Apple’s EPEAT debacle, Steam’s new Greenlight & their summer sale, Amazon’s potential new smartphone, RIM’s amazing Twitter campaign, and finally we pine over a potentially new Office suite.

For this July 4th weekend we opened up the 41st podcast to let anyone join who wanted to, and then proceeded to experience massive technical difficulties. We had Yancy Eaton (@yancyeaton) join, and David Villani attempt multiple times.
It was a fun discussion which hit on the Nexus 7 killing all other Androids, the Weather Channel consuming Weather Underground, 7″ iPad rumors, the Higgs Boson “God Particle” discovery, Bizodo’s stupid/brilliant business, the size of Reddit, and finally a rousing discussion about Sony and their purchase of Gaikai.

Episode 40! How time flies! The big news this week decidedly comes from Google. They unveiled their new Nexus Tablet, the Nexus Q, Google Play improvements, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, a Google Glass demo, Google+ events and Hangout integration.
We also talk about Microsoft buying Yammer, why the decided to make Magnesium cases, their rural broadband plan, and how they’ve offended OEMs like HP.
We also fit in news about Yelp check-ins on the iPhone, Woz’s support of Kim DotCom, Apple’s re-phrasing of there virus immunity, their new (horrible) podcasting app, Steve Job’s win against Flash, and Bob Mansfield retiring from Apple.
Finally, we finish with our weekly RIM update. It seems the mainstream media has picked up on their impending doom. Welcome to the party.
