I think the word Matthew was searching his “brain file” for, in reference to Snap Chats competitive sustainability, was “disruption”? In that another company will come along with the same innovative platform type, but do it in a much more cost effective and efficiently sustainable manner, where it is disruptive to Snap Chat, either forcing them to step it up, or give it up. Disruptive innnovation. maybe? …or not…
